The Body Reset is a 6-week guided experience that helps you reconnect to your body and rebuild your body’s foundation through science, strategy, self ownership and self leadership.
This is not about restriction, or detoxing or any kind of ‘diet’ that you need to follow in order to get a result - you tell me how that’s worked out for you so far?!
This is about finally understanding what your body actually needs to feel good, function well, and become a place you feel safe, and love living in.
You’ll be guided step-by-step in building your bodies baseline personalised to your starting point and your body’s blueprint for what you are wanting to create for the long haul. You will know and understand your body’s minimum requirements for energy, nourishment, and regulation - so that anything you choose to do next (fat loss, performance, healing) you can do from a ground space and with absolute confidence knowing your own body.

RESET
We slow down enough to listen to what your body is asking for. You will get clear on where you're starting from; physically, emotionally, and energetically, and set the tone for what you're about to create. We bring awareness to the unconscious patterns running the show and begin breaking down the blocks that have been keeping you in your repetitive cycles.
RECONNECT
Re-establishing the base foundations: movement, nutritional requirements & nourishment, your rhythm, rest & nervous system attunement, your body’s safety, and your self-awareness. We look at supporting your body on every level whilst navigating any resistance, sabotages, and or inner conflict that arises. This is where you learn how to meet your body’s needs without force or fear.
REFINE
Noticing how your body is responding. What feels correct? What’s working for you? What's shifting? What still feels out of alignment? We explore the mental and energetic patterns that influence your behaviours and refine the way you show up for yourself with honesty, integirty and compassion. And we adjust as needed to meet you where you are and for the moves you make next.
RECLAIM
This is the embodiment phase. You are moving and working with your body in a new way - with clarity, care, and confidence. We bring all the pieces together - the physical, emotional, mental and energetic. This is what will craft your very own body’s personalised blueprint you walk away with.
You are supported every step of the way, with the space and flexibility to move at a pace that honours your body at it’s current capacity, and ability with the tools to keep expanding as you go.
Because of the high level of personalisation and support involved, this round will be limited to 10 women only.
This isn’t a pre-recorded course. This is a real-time container, where I am all up in the know with each of you as you make your shifts week by week.
You will be expected to track, reflect, and provide feedback so I am able to personalise specifically to you. The more you give to these 6 weeks, the more clarity you’ll gain.
